What is PF?

PF is a lightweight, adjustable textile wear system designed for short, voluntary use during everyday routines. It has padded contact areas and adjustable straps and requires no electronics, app, battery, or charger.

How should PF fit?

Wear PF over a thin layer of clothing and adjust the straps evenly to a comfortable fit. Breathing and movement should remain completely unrestricted. Remove or readjust PF immediately if it feels uncomfortable or restrictive.

What is included?

The option selected in the cart and checkout is the option included in the order. The 3-Pack contains three PF units. Clothing and other items shown in lifestyle images are not included.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is currently available to supported destinations shown at checkout. An optional paid priority/insured shipping method may also be available.

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery speed after dispatch varies by destination and carrier.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking details are provided after dispatch.

What is the return window?

Eligible orders can be returned within 45 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
